Free shipping on all Australian orders over AUD$50.

Delivery and packing information

We only ship within Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary and can take between 5 - 10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched. We aim to deliver products to you as soon as possible but dispatch will vary according to the availability of the products and your location. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. If you are not around when the delivery is attempted, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your parcel. Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. There maybe longer delivery times during peak periods including sales and promotional campaigns.

Dangerous goods

We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damages, however, if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please follow our Returns Policy instructions. Flammable goods include, but are not limited to, perfumes, fragrances, colognes & aerosols, and they are classed as Dangerous Goods. We can only deliver these items to mainland Australia as all deliveries must travel via road freight. Dangerous goods (DGs) are items that can cause problems during transportation, i.e. explosive, flammable or corrosive. Safety regulations prohibit many DGs from being shipped by air. 

Return & Refund Policy

Inspect your order

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or is faulty. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases however, we will happily refund any damaged or faulty items within 30 days of purchase. Damaged or fauly items need to be returned to us. Please contact Customer Service by email service@amusebeauty.com.au for assistance. Please always retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Return your parcel

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds on sale items are not permitted unless damaged or faulty. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We have the right to refuse returns for items that are not in a new condition or not in the original packaging.To return your purchase please follow this easy procedure.Contact Customer Service by email service@amusebeauty.com.au and advise us that you would like to return your purchase due to damage or a fault.Post your item in either your own packaging or in an express post satchel and ensure a tracking number is obtained. We will not accept loss or damage by on arrival.Email the courier tracking number with your proof of purchase to service@amusebeauty.com.au. When we receive the purchase, we will replace the item in the first instance.  If this option is not appropriate, a refund will be offered.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
